Cerretani to Maine

Little B’s Forward Makes College Choice

Marlborough, MA-Little Bruins captain Andrew Cerretani accepted a scholarship offer from Hockey East power Maine and will be suiting up for the Black Bears this coming season. Cerretani, a two year member of the Little B’s, was also a member of the Junior Bruins ’92 AAA summer team.

Cerretani is a strong, smooth skating forward who can play both the middle as well as the wing. He plays a physical game but excels when he has the puck and can use hs offensive creativity. He was a standout for Lawrence Academy the last two years as well. He was a leading scorer for the Little B’s each of the last two seasons and a key reason the team had the success it did in each of the last two campaigns.

“The only surprise here is that this did not come sooner,” Little B’s coach Chris Masters commented. “Andrew does everything well and his game should translate very well to the Hockey East level and style of play. He has a great skill set and a smooth stride and when
you combine that with his work ethic and attitude coach Whitehead is getting a player that will only continue to develop and improve.”

Cerretani is a 1992 birth year who hails from Pelham, NH. Congrats to Andrew and his family!!!
